I always look on my explore page on Instagram ! It sparks new ideas and shows me new recipes. I always look to the google too if I have ingredients I want to use but not sure what to do with them. I’ll google the ingredients together and see if there’s a recipe on there!

I'll start! For me, I start with Pinterest. I go to the boards that I have saved, and look at the suggestions! I also like to go to Bon Appetit and NYT Cooking (I think it's worth the subscription)

Here are some links to my favorite go-to recipes:

Ramen: https://www.halfbakedharvest.com/20-minute-thai-peanut-chicken-ramen/ (I don't think this is considered authentic in anyway, but it's really tasty)

I've started ordering a produce bag ahead of time at the farmers market, and challenging myself to cook through the whole bag that week. I love it because I end up trying varietals I'd never thought to use (had two small white eggplants a few weeks ago) and I know I'm eating locally and seasonally - another goal I've been working toward. And honestly, who can't use more veggies in their life?

I try to add new spices to classic dishes!! Recently I’ve wanted to splurge and do a dish with saffron.. having different spices to structure a dish around makes me excited about cooking again!

I'll usually get inspiration from instagram while I'm using it but my favorite ways to feel inspired come from thinking of ways to use seasonal produce, especially those I can find local! Then I brainstorm from there. If that isn't working, I like to refer to some of my favorite restaurants and see if I can mimic my favorite dishes from there.

I find I have been in a rut with cooking lately also! I feel like I’m eating the same foods but then get intimidated by trying to make new foods or just don’t have the time. This is helpful to see I’m not alone! I go to the grocery store and look at the frozen section and see if I can make fresh versions of that!

I usually open up my cookbooks! I'm not one to cook with cookbooks regularly though I like to read them for the stories. But when I'm in a rut they definitely come off the shelf for some inspo!

I like to look up food ideas online or on Instagram and see if anything sparks. I also will look up Restaurants and find recipes I like and try to replicate them.
