On books you might get sucked into, I’m reading “Lessons in Chemistry” because I wanted something I wouldn’t want to put down and so far so good! It’s easy reading and a good plot

I read that one and really enjoyed it! :) I think they just came out with a show based on the book too!

I make roasted beets frequently, with different combinations of sweet( maple syrup? Molasses? Hoisin), and add some spices, such as dill, or cumin, Zataar, and a little acidic kick such as apple cider vinegar or lime, balsamic vinegar. I dump it all into either a casserole dish or a foil packet. But the Taziki may be a wonderful game changer! Thank you ❤️
