I am so sorry for your losses. As someone who is also navigating IVF and recurring pregnancy loss (without medical explanation), it warmed my heart and made me feel less alone to read your words. You summed up the emotional turmoil, physical struggle, financial and logistical battles... everything, so well. Sending you a virtual hug in solidarity. We are strong... but not because we want to be.

I’m so sorry to hear that… I had an IVF miscarriage this year too, also less than 6 weeks… I hope you feel better soon and have your rainbow baby in the near future 💕

You are not alone- I’m so glad you know this but I remember how lonely it felt, especially when someone asked how many kids we had or asked how I was. Prayers and hugs for you!

Looks amazing! Any suggestions on meal prep for this one (mix or separate the dressing ahead of time?) and if it will taste as good cold/not heated up? Thank you!

Yes, definitely leave the dressing on the side until you're ready to use, and it will totally taste good cold! I usually eat all of these salads cold because it takes me awhile to photograph anyway LOL so they're kind of designed to be either!! x

Yum!! Could you also roast the shredded brussel sprouts?

you can! It just might make the salad a little bit of a warmer, softer salad as it'll lose some of that crunch!
