Made this and served it with some Hint of Lime tortilla chips. It was so good! The stack actually comes out so easily from the ring mould, I just had to lift it up and the stack slipped right down from its own weight. Such aesthetic presentation! So simple to make!
I made this and didn't change a thing, except I used black sesame seeds. I also used frozen cooked shrimp, just thawed & chopped, so there was no cooking or cooling. It was awesome!! All of the ingredients combined to create a perfect bite. I served it with a shrimp cocktail (from the remainder of the shrimp), and fresh pineapple, and cantaloupe sprinkled with Tanjin. This will be a 'go to' recipe when I'm in the mood for something fresh and cool (but spicy) and on the table in minutes. Thank you.

Looks great but I wish your site had a print recipe function verses having to cut and paste into another program to be able to print just the recipe
