made this for a weeknight date night & it was SO delicious. inexpensive ingredients (minus salmon but i got 2 quality fillets for $10- not bad!), lovely rich bright flavor, and super easy. totally recommend! if anyone is wondering where to get miso paste (i was), trader joe’s has it! will definitely be adding to the rotation.
This is one of my favorite dishes. I make it all the time! I made it for my sister recently and she said it’s one of her top 20 favorite meals she’s ever had!!
This was SO freaking good! The salsa verde, I could have eaten with a spoon! I did double the olive oil, red wine vinegar and lemon juice. Thank you for this great recipe!
This is super yummy! It's so simple but packs a ton of flavor. Served it over rice as suggested. I'm eating it as leftovers right now and love it! We'll definitely be making this one again! Thank you for sharing!
I very rarely comment on recipe posts. But it’s only right that I hype this one up. This dish is incredible! Simple and sooo flavorful. I did cook the salsa verde ingredients in the pan with the oil for a few min before cooling and adding the lemon, vinegar and herbs, just because I like it a little softer.
I usually serve over mixed greens with baby cucumbers and feta. Also very good over mashed potatoes though! I literally dream about this meal and make it all the time.

Made this twice now, I marinate the salmon overnight. I add sesame oil and sweet soy. I used Jasmin rice.
We love this meal, it's on the list now 😉
Thank you so much

Hi there Carina, lovely recipe - what kind of rice did you use in the picture and how did you prepare it? It looks delicious.
What can I use in place of butter with Miso? I don’t eat butter.
