This week I’m chopping up a storm!!
Omg, that’s such a lame line — I am sorry.
I’m making chopped bagel sandwiches today, and yesterday I made these chopped turkey wraps. Everyone’s been making these viral chopped sandwiches, but I actually really love how they taste in a wrap — it feels so fresh and filling.
I figured these were absolutely perfect for a 30-minute budget meal. They are SUPER fast to prepare, and you really don’t need many ingredients at all. In fact, you probably already have many of these ingredients at home.
Also, you can make so many customizations with these. Don’t have any romaine? Try arugula, kale, or even mixed greens! You can use ham in place of turkey or even chickpeas! I used regular dill pickles, but you could get creative with all sorts of pickled vegetables and even swap in pepperoncini or olives.
My favorite part of this wrap though is the spicy mayo + jalapeño combo. The spicy mayo is actually fairly mild, so if you don’t want a little spicy kick in your wrap, just ditch the jalapeño.
