I’m pleased to announce that this 30-minute meal is actually a 10-minute meal! It only felt fair given those times that I sneak in a 40-minute meal, but this one is fast fast fast.
In the spirit of beach sandwiches, picnics, and light lunches, this wrap is something you can make at home during the workday, on a weekend when you’re chilling, or when you’re heading out for a summer adventure!
I used bagged slaw here for ease and convenience (and crunch), and you can either use a coleslaw or a broccoli slaw or whatever slaw is available to you! I also added banana peppers for a mild kick!
I encourage you to use your favorite ranch, but if you feel like being a smidge healthier and spending a little more, I also like the Primal Kitchen Ranch!
Also, I like to use parchment paper to secure the wrap together — tutorials like these have helped me learn how to do it!
