Made the pasta and it’s so delicious! 2-3/4 cups broth was a little too much for the time my penne needed to cook— ended up having to go a bit past the sweet spot (al dente) in order to thicken the sauce, so next time will reduce to 2-1/4 cups and add more if needed. Went heavy on the black pepper and added a little red pepper as well for added heat. Will definitely make again and also want to try it with asparagus! Thanks for a nice spring recipe <3 also pregnant so easy and nutritious meals are IN rn
