This was delicious! I used paprika instead of cayenne cause I ran out and added garlic and onion powder with a little alio olio Trader Joe’s seasoning but it was delicious! I grilled it on the grill. But the addition of the charred red bell peppers was so tasty & I love the pickled onions with it I just whipped up a quick batch when prepping earlier in the day - so nice to have on hand!

I added some hummus and tzatziki to the bowl as well for moisture.

That avocado dill feta mix was fire though.

My husband loved this meal it had a lot of components but nothing was time consuming and we felt so good after eating it! Will be including this in the weekly rotation!
