What is so sad is that we now live in a culture which nurtures the tragedies which lead to divorce as being even remotely normal and which trivializes marriage to the point of trashing and mocking authentic love and fidelity. It's not anything anyone should desire or expect to happen in life, it's devastating and traumatic, to be joined in covenant to the love of your life and then be forced to experience that covenant being shattered and your love being ripped from your heart.
When my TikTok went viral I had the same thing - all these assumptions about my relationship and so many people telling me to leave my partner. It’s quite laughable compared to reality. And then you think about all the things you THINK are real on social media and yeah… 👀
